Previous BBC Specialists Undergo Members of Parliament's Grilling After Allegations of Prejudice in Leaked Document

She opens by providing details to the disclosed document written by Michael Prescott and released in a national newspaper.
"I don't want the BBC leaning this way or that way, I just want it balanced, unbiased and fair," he declares.
In response to a query whether he thinks the BBC is systematically partial, the adviser answers: "No I don't. It is important to note, tons of stuff the British Broadcasting Corporation produces is exceptional - encompassing informative and non-factual shows."
But he adds: "There exists substantial tasks that requires attention at the BBC."
The second former external BBC consultant interviewed by the committee, Caroline Daniel, remarks she views the British Broadcasting Corporation extremely earnestly and that it maintains a "continuous process and vigorous discourse" across evolving and intricate subjects.
"Did the BBC ready to engage in a proper conversation and argument and implement changes?" she questions. "In my view, indeed, they were."
